PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are filled within 2-3 business days of their being placed.  Please have your credit card at hand when placing a phone order.

  • Mail Orders:  We do accept personal cheques (must be imprinted).  but we suggest you use a money order for faster service.  Personal cheques add 5 days to delivery time.  Service charge of $35.00 will be applied on all NSF cheques & $1.00 fee per phone call or retries after the first try on declined credit cards.  We accept Visa & Mastercard.  No C.O.D.'s.
  • Discounts/Coupons: When you place your order, any advertised discounts will not show when you place the order.  When we process the order in our office, we will give the discounts at that time.  Volume/group discounts are available.  Coupons that you have received from us to be used on your next purchase - you must use them befor the expiration date.  The coupon code must be listed in comment sections.  (Prices subject to change without notice).
  • Guarantee of Staisfaction:  If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, send it back within the first 10 days, with receipt and confirmation number, for a 100% refund.  When the item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the price of the retuned item(s) and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.  If the return is due to a manufaturing error, the initial shipping will be waived.  no returns withour prior authorization.  A 20% re-stocking charge is applied to all returns after the 10 days.  No returns on seasonal and/or clearance items.
