Use this poster at your weekly meetings to track “STARS” throughout the quarter.  As your unit members place their orders (in $600 increments), their name would go on a star and be placed in the appropriate spot on the poster. (Static Stars sold separately)  The $4,500 Emerald version available.

There are six Grand Ams on the poster for your consultants to colour in as they work towards earning their new car!  The car is divided into four sections to allow for the four months needed to qualify for the Grand Am and there is room underneath to put the consultant/team production.  Static Grand Ams (sold separately), divided into four parts, can also be used on poster.

As you are establishing your unit as a Cadillac unit and yourself as a Cadillac director, you will want to have this poster as a reminder of your goals.  You can chart the unit’s progress by filling in the squares for each $600 order.

Set your unit goals in July of each year and write that number at the top.  Colour the thermometer in as production climbs so that your consultants can see how your unit team is doing.  Use red washable marker.

This dual purpose 18” x 24” fully laminated poster gives you the perfect visual of your unit’s “Top 10” in recruiting and sales.  The “Red Hot” side is for recruiting and the Cobalt Blue side is for sales.

All consultants should have this poster.  Beautifully done in bright yellow and black, there are 30 bees buzzing around this poster.  There is room for your dream team name and as consultants become part of your unit, the team member can write her/his name on the wing of the bee.

Bright red reusable jackets to be placed on the Red Jacket poster when your consultant has earned her “Red Jacket”.  They are of static material and you can write on them with washable markers.  Also a great incentive to give to your consultants to remind them of their goal.  The jackets will adhere to mirrors, glass, the refrigerator, etc. (set of 3 jackets)

Set your team goal, you write it in the large starburst.  Then each month you have a starburst to write in the year to date numbers.  It is a fun way to keep everyone focused on the goal.
